1. Scope
These terms apply to spansknett.com, aprende.spansknett.com and the educational content made available through them. Accessing the websites means that you agree to use them lawfully and respectfully.
2. Free learning area
You may use the public learning pages for personal study and classroom viewing. You may link to public pages.
Automated extraction, bulk downloading, bypassing private or unpublished areas, removing ownership marks, or reproducing substantial parts of the database is not permitted.
3. Purchased materials
A purchase grants the licence described on the relevant product page. Unless that page expressly says otherwise, the licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
PDFs may be downloaded, stored on your own devices and printed for your own learning. Educators may use their purchased copy with their own learners as permitted by the product licence, but may not distribute digital files, editable or reusable source files, or private access codes.
Purchased files may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to repositories or repackaged as another product. Sharing purchased PDFs, download links or private flipbook access codes with other people, publishing scans or copies, removing ownership marks, or distributing materials through shared drives, social networks or other platforms is not permitted.
All uses permitted by mandatory law remain unaffected. A wider institutional or distribution licence requires prior written authorisation.
The product page identifies the language, format, contents and any included online access. Digital products do not include physical shipment. PDFs require a compatible PDF reader; printing requires access to a printer. Online resources require an internet connection and a compatible browser.
Any product-specific technical requirements or access limits are stated in the relevant product offer. Promotional flipbooks offered for a limited time do not include a promise of permanent access.
4. Checkout
Digital-product checkout is provided by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. The purchase transaction is with Lemon Squeezy; SpanskNett supplies and licenses the educational materials.
The price, currency, applicable taxes, available payment methods and order terms displayed before payment form part of the transaction. Lemon Squeezy issues the corresponding receipt or invoice and handles payment administration under its Buyer Terms.
**Digital delivery**
After successful payment, purchased files or access instructions are supplied electronically through the delivery method described in the product offer and purchase confirmation. Where a private flipbook is included, follow the access instructions supplied with the purchase.
Use a valid email address and retain your purchase confirmation. If delivery is missing or access fails, contact hola@spansknett.com with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.
**Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds**
Consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw from a digital-content purchase.
For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right is lost only when supply has begun after prior express consent to supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and the required confirmation in a durable medium.
Payment alone, or the fact that a product is digital, does not remove the right of withdrawal.
Where a right of withdrawal remains available, communicate a clear statement of your decision and your order details through Lemon Squeezy’s purchase-support channel. You may also contact hola@spansknett.com for assistance.
Voluntary refund requests are considered under Lemon Squeezy’s applicable Buyer Terms and any more favourable refund promise made in the product offer. SpanskNett does not offer an additional unconditional money-back period unless expressly stated before purchase.
Defective, missing or misdescribed digital content remains subject to mandatory consumer remedies. Losing the right of withdrawal does not remove those remedies. Contact hola@spansknett.com for assistance with product problems. Payment refunds are administered through Lemon Squeezy.
5. Availability and changes
Free learning content may be corrected, expanded, reorganised or temporarily withdrawn. Permanent QR routes will be preserved wherever reasonably possible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
These provisions do not remove obligations relating to purchased content or online access expressly included in a purchase. Any promised access period or other paid entitlement remains subject to the product offer and mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to these terms do not retrospectively reduce rights already acquired through a purchase.
6. Intellectual property
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. See the Legal Notice for ownership details.
Purchasing materials grants the relevant licence; it does not transfer ownership of the content or authorise its redistribution.
7. Law and consumers
Spanish law applies, without limiting any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
