1. Current use
Aprende SpanskNett does not use advertising, behavioural-profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. Before you choose, only the preference needed to remember your decision is stored. If you accept audience measurement, the browser's session storage also keeps a random code named spansknett_session, limited to this learning domain and the current browser session.
2. Why it is used
If accepted, the temporary code supports aggregated audience measurement: page views, approximate country and city origin, language, time spent, QR access and interactions with audio, video, practice controls and the About SpanskNett page. The information is not combined with data from other websites, used for advertising or sold.
3. Optional forms
The newsletter area is provided by Beehiiv. Its external script is not loaded automatically: it is activated only when you choose to open the subscription form. Once activated, Beehiiv may use JavaScript, cookies or similar storage required to display, secure and operate the form, and may receive technical information such as IP address, device or browser details and form interactions.
The contact page loads the Web3Forms anti-spam component powered by hCaptcha. It may use essential technical storage and receive device, browser, network and interaction information solely to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
4. Consent
Optional audience measurement remains disabled until you select “Accept”. Selecting “Reject” does not limit access to the educational content. The optional Beehiiv connection remains disabled until you deliberately open the form. The contact-form security component is used only when you choose to access that form and is necessary to protect the service from abuse.
5. Your controls
You can change your audience-measurement choice at any time through the “Cookies” control shown on the website, or delete site storage through your browser settings. Blocking third-party scripts or storage may prevent the Beehiiv subscription form or the contact form's anti-spam check from loading; direct contact remains available at the public email address shown on the contact page.
6. Updates
This policy will be reviewed whenever the website adds a provider or changes its measurement technology.
